Application 1: Real-time Compensation

Instantly compensates for tool wear caused by machining operations and thermal displacement of tool length due to daily temperature variations, with precision to 2 micrometres.

Application 3: Tool setting, machining and inspection completed with a single click

The tool is automatically set via the programme, with the tool length value fed back to the NC. A single button press completes tool setting and reverse inspection of the workpiece dimensions.

Application 2: Process Inspection and Reverse Inspection

During the execution of cutting programmes, should tool breakage or process anomalies be detected, automatic compensation or alarm functions can be activated.
