The Huazhong 10 adopts an innovative "1+2+3" architecture: one intelligent base (hardware layer integrating AI chips and sensors), two digital mainlines (full lifecycle data management), and three major intelligent subsystems (programming optimisation, precision control, and operational maintenance management). By integrating large-scale models such as DeepSeek, the system endows machine tools with autonomous perception, learning, and decision-making capabilities. For instance, when machining aerospace engine blades, the system can optimise parameters in real time based on big data from command domains and digital twin technology. This reduces programming time from half an hour manually to just three minutes, while improving contour accuracy by 75%. Currently, HNC has collaborated with 18 enterprises including Wuhan Heavy Machinery Group and Qinchuan Machine Tool to launch 20 intelligent machine tools equipped with this system, covering fields such as five-axis machining centres and laser equipment. This technological breakthrough signifies China's transition from "following" to "leading" in the high-end CNC system sector, providing core support for intelligent manufacturing.
